Whew! It has been a very long day for me after I went through all the trouble trying to talk to the guy at UPS store. My point of asking them for help to solve the issue about my packaged it didn’t went well at all. All I got is a freaking headache after I was through yelling at him for being so rude and unhelpful. It has been such a headache since from the weekend after my sister informed me what is really going on. It is very exhausting just to think about the trouble we went through and spending so much time in the phone calling different people who can help us and solve the problem.
Hubby got so mad that he has to threaten them that we will dispute the shipping charge if they will not take care the issue in the Philippine custom. I know it is really bad to say it, but sometimes you have to do something before they will actually help you to resolve the issue especially I’ve paid so much money for a 2.0 LBS small package.
