Healthy Eating,Tips for a Healthy Diet


Since a New Year started, I`ve totally changed my lifestyle. I am back to my regular exercise now and eating healthy for my own benefits. When I was still working I quit those routine completely because I couldn’t managed all of it, plus my blogging is on the way. Having working full time its hard, especially I have a husband also needs my attention. And guess what happened after I quit exercisng and not eating healthy anymore during those time? I’ve gained so much weight more than I care to admit, and I am paying the high price for it you know. I now am really working hard to fit again, I work my butt off to do my exercise every other day.

I know its just a matter of time I will be able to wear my clothes again! Right now I am doing the best I can and working on my healthy food religiously. But tell you what? When I am eating healthy and exercising regularly, I feel so great with a fresh mind. I keep my fingers crossed that laziness will not strike me. This is very important for me, even though it’s a struggle but I take it as a challenge for myself.

While I was type this post, at the same time I did searched online about healthy eating. This a Simple Strategies for Better Nutrition. Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible – all which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and incorporating them in a way that works for you.

Choose the types of foods that improve your health and avoid the types of foods that raise your risk for such illnesses as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Expand your range of healthy choices to include a variety of delicious foods. Learn to use guidelines and tips for creating and maintaining a satisfying, healthy diet.
